Hi, I’m Nicole.

As a Registered Dietitian with a board certification in sports dietetics, and a former collegiate cross country and track & field athlete turned sub-3-hour marathoner, I bring both personal and professional expertise to the table. I specialize in helping endurance athletes achieve their performance and health goals through personalized, evidenced-based nutrition strategies.

My own experience struggling with disordered eating and RED-S in college inspired me to become a Registered Dietitian and help others overcome these challenges. I specialize in working with long-distance runners, helping them develop effective fueling plans for training and long races to ensure they perform at their best while maintaining their health. I understand the mental and physical toll these struggles can take, and I’m passionate about empowering athletes to build a sustainable, healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through evidence-based strategies and compassionate support, I strive to help athletes reach their full potential both on and off the track.
